Unauthorized use of any content and images of the products on this website is strictly prohibited as it may violate copyright and trademark laws, and/or the laws of privacy, publicity and/or communications regulations and statutes.

? About order

You shall make sure that all the information given by you on or before the registration are accurate, correct and complete.

We may cancel an order if we are failed delivery the product for any reason (kindly refer Return and Refund Policy). We shall not be liable for loss or damage resulting directly or indirectly from such action.

An Order Confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address after you have submitted your order. The Order Confirmation provides a summary of all the items in your order.

~If there is any changes of your personal information, you shall inform us immediately of any changes after you have updating your personal information.

~ If you wish to cancel your order after you have submitted to the website, however, once an order has been confirmed, paid and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

~If you wish to revise your order, however, we cannot guarantee that order can be revised based on your requirements.

? Prices

All displayed pricing in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). The prices displayed not include shipping cost. We will charge for product and shipping cost. The pricing contained in our price list is subject to change without prior notice to you.

? Delivery

We will deliver the products to the delivery address provided by you as per Order Confirmation.

We will do our best to deliver the products within 3-5 working days. However, we cannot guarantee a firm delivery date. In case if we are not able to meet our estimated delivery date, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

At the time of delivery, you will be required to validate the receipt of the products by providing your signature to the delivery courier. By signing, you agree that you have inspected the products for any faults, defects or damage and have ensured that the seal is not damaged. Please keep the receipt of the delivered products in case for future discussions.

If we are not able to deliver to certain delivery address as requested by you, we or Courier Company will contact you using the contact details that you provided to us.

? Payment

We are choosing iPay88 as our payment gateway and if you are using direct payment gateway, iPay88 will store your bank account details or credit card information. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). International Security Standards (PCI DSS 1) is the highest standard in payment industry to ensure all transactions are safeguarded. Your purchase transaction information is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. Upon completion, your purchase transaction information will be deleted. Kindly note that all direct payment gateways are follow the standards which set by the PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands such as Visa and MasterCard.
